£140,000 - £150,000 + Compensation

Private Equity house based in London are looking to attract to the firm a refinancing specialist at VP level. It is expected that the desired applicant will have commenced their career within a banking organisation perhaps as an analyst and progressed into an investment focused role. Applicants with PE experience would be appreciated however the key experience will be that you have exposure of working across the Real Estate sector. You will also need to have led from the front and overseen from cradle to grave the refinancing process and not simply relied on a team of others to carry out the process due to the role evolving quickly in to one of managing a very large scale real estate portfolio.

The assets within the portfolio are UK based however the firm will be looking to expand across Europe / Overseas in the coming years. candidates will have no less than 6 years' experience (desirable would be circa 10 years).

Educated to a high degree within a relevant qualification (finance related).

In return you will play a senior role within a boutique real estate private equity team, receive a salary in the region of c£140,000 - c£150,000 (depending on experience) plus receive a generous bonus package.
