ESCO Maritime Solutions was formed as a result of ESCO Technologies Inc. acquiring the Signature Management & Power (SM&P) business from Ultra Maritime. In July 2024, ESCO Technologies Inc. agreed to buy the Signature Management & Power business, with the acquisition completing in April 2025.
