Real Estate Investment Analyst/Senior Investment Analyst, Central London
£55,000 - £75,000 + Comp Structure
A fantastic opportunity for a property focused Investment Analyst with an established, successful and well respected property investment firm.
The company who have a long standing position of investing across both equity and debt within real estate would like to meet up and discuss this investment analyst role with super bright individuals who are looking for a new challenge.
It is expected that you will have the ability to use Excel for modeling (building from scratch highly beneficial). YOu will have a strong academic track record with excellent grades throughout.
We are looking for someone with perhaps 2 or 3 years of working within the real estate investment space.
This is a great time to join a fast paced team, who are deploying capital, who are investing across various different asset classes, and are able to offer guidance and support and to genuinely provide a career path within a friendly and professional environment.
If you are currently considering a move, have between 6 months and 3 years of modeling under your belt, and have worked within the property investment space (debt or equity) please get in touch we would love to hear from you.
On offer will be a generous salary, it will be measured on a case by case basis but could range from £55,000 up to £75,000 plus on top is a benefits package and bonus.
