The Opportunity


We're looking for an Accounts Payable & Expenses Administrator to join our dynamic Business Management function. You'll play a key role in ensuring our suppliers and employees are paid accurately and on time, maintaining the integrity of financial processes across the organisation.
You'll be working in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple business areas, helping drive efficiency and excellence in everything we do.


What You'll Be Doing


  • Processing multi-currency purchase invoices (with and without POs)

  • Managing intercompany invoices, settlements, and direct debits

  • Maintaining effective communication with vendors and internal teams to resolve queries quickly

  • Reconciling supplier accounts and managing payment runs

  • Reviewing and approving employee expenses in line with company policy and HMRC guidelines

  • Providing advice on VAT, travel expenses, and submission processes

  • Supporting the management of a high-volume inbox and ensuring all deadlines are met

What We're Looking For


✅ Experience working with SAP or similar financial systems
✅ Proven experience in Accounts Payable, Receivable, or Expenses
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
✅ Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
✅ A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
