The Company operates a corporate social responsibility policy to all staff. All workers have responsibility to ensure this policy is followed.
We source over half of our internal staff locally as this both helps the community and reduces our carbon footprint emissions. We also source the majority of our suppliers locally for the same reasons.
For us to deliver first class service to our clients it is also imperative we have a well-trained and organised workforce. As such we invest a lot of time and effort in providing our staff with the right skills, training and tools to do the job not just effectively but to the best of their ability.
We also ensure that we provide a safe and comfortable working environment for our staff to operate in, not just as a legal requirement but we believe that a great working environment helps to motivate and engage our workforce.
In also continue to support the local community through charity work and sponsorship. We regularly fundraise for St Catherine's Hospice and sponsor both East Grinstead United Football Team and East Grinstead Hockey Club.
