Acquisition Analyst, Central London

We are working with a respected property developer who are looking to attract an Acquisition Analyst to the business.
The role will involve implementing strategy, identifying development opportunities, and maximising the conversion of opportunities into development sites.
You will support the bid and transaction process, coordinate key inputs, to include all operational, development and financing costs, ensuring all are in line with key targets and performance metrics.
It is expected that you will have a strong academic background and educated to Degree level within a relevant field.
Previous experience of working within the residential development sector will be required with knowledge of investment appraisals and commercial processes, proficient at compiling quantitative research and statistical analysis, whilst being a confident Microsoft Excel user.
