Analyst/Associate Investment Analyst, London
Salary level £50,000 - £60,000 Plus Bonus & other benefits
We are actively looking to engage with Investment Analysts who currently work within the living sector, ideally within areas such as Build to Rent, Affordable Housing, Assisted Living or perhaps PBSA.
This is a permanent role and will suit someone who wants to be part of a new business based in London, and will give you autonomy to push your role up through the business over the years to come.
Working within a small team, you will be the Investment Analyst/Associate building models using Excel, and working on pitch presentations relating to the UK residential space.
We are looking at candidate profiles of those who sit within the agency space, or perhaps private equity or family office.
You will describe yourself as entrepreneurial and want to be part of something new and thrive in an environment where you can make a real difference.
On offer will be a salary in the region of £50,000 - £60,000 plus bonus and potential Shares.
