Application Support Analyst needed for our client based near Maidstone, Kent, who are looking to employ an experienced Application Support analyst to be part of a samll application support team. Must have an in-depth expereince of 1st & 2nd line Application support for multiple applications and must be analytical
What the Application Support Analyst role entails:
* Providing IT application support
* Understanding of integrated systems
* 1st & 2nd line Triage & investigation of application support incidents & service requests
* Management of incident tickets logged with 3rd party suppliers
* Change requests
* Day to maintenance
* Configuration
* On/off-boarding
* Testing
