Assistant Planner

A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Assistant Planner to join a leading main contractor on an exciting project based in East London. Established for over 30 years, our client is a leading fit out specialist with a strong pipeline of high profile projects across the Capital.

The Assistant Planner will be site based on an exciting £20m fit out project based in Stratford. They will be responsible for managing the construction programme in Asta Powerproject, working closely with the Project Manager and ensuring the programme is communicated to the site team.

The Assistant Planner will be provided support from the Planning Manager and the senior management team. They will be provided the opportunity to be involved on a number of exciting fit out schemes across London for high profile clients along with great career prospects for the right individual.

Candidate

• Minimum of 3 years site based construction planning experience
• Must be a competent user of Asta Powerproject
• Good knowledge of construction process and techniques, fit out experience would be a distinct advantage but not essential.
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Main contracting background is essential
• Ability to work on their own initiative
