Package: £40,000 - £60,000 + Car Allowance or Vehicle

Job Description:
Are you an experienced Site Agent/ Project Manager / Sub-Agen or Site Manager looking to take the next step in your career? My client is seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to join the team in Hemel Hempstead. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality services to clients whilst playing a key part in the day-to-day running of the business.

An ideal candidate will have 5 years experience within a similar role working within the civils or groundworks industry. Full UK driving license required for this role.

• Assisting with managing projects (programme, H&S, quality)
• Daily liaison with clients
• Daily liaison with site foreman
• Assisting resolving daily project issues
• Liasing with QS
• RAMS
• Lift plans
• Project programmes
• Lookahead programmes
• ITPs
• Monitoring site progress
• Meetings
• Resource management
• Material call offs
• Material reconciliations
• Record keeping
• Assisting with tenders
• General project administration
