We are working with a leading residential developer and they have an opportunity for a good Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Berkshire. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be shadowing an experienced Senior Surveyor across a number of key projects spanning Berkshire, Bedfordshire and across North London.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be supporting the Senior Surveyor with the full life cycle of large, high volume housing developments. This will include helping with the procurement of sub-contractors and suppliers, cost reporting to the commercial management team, managing ongoing project costs and more.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be given an opportunity that will include plenty of opportunities for one on one mentoring, exposure to large projects as part of a growing pipeline of work and no limits on career progression. You'll also be offered a competitive salary & package that includes:

Assistant Quantity Surveyors considering this role will need to have at least 18 months of recent experience with a residential developer and live within a reasonable commute of the offices in Slough. You'll also need strong communication skills, the drive and ambition to push your career forward and be willing to travel between sites. You'll also need to have experience of using COINS.
