Associate Commercial Real Estate Analyst, London
Negotiable salary and comp (£60,000 - £80,000 based on experience plus bonus)
A new opportunity to join a boutique PE style investment business in London with a focus on investing globally within the real estate sector.
Our client is keen to talk to investment professionals who have experience of modeling across the commercial and hospitality real estate space.
Please only apply if you have the following relevant experience:
- Excellent academic track record, and achieved consistent above average grades throughout.
- Ability to build investment models from scratch.
- Previous/current experience of investing in areas such as office space, industrial, retail, hospitality.
- Experience of working within either a Private Equity or Real Estate Investment Banking team.
