An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Director to join a busy, established and well regarded construction claims & dispute consultancy at their smart offices in Central London. The opportunity promises exposure to a broad range of clients and projects with no possibility of being 'pigeon holed' to a particular sector. You'll be working with some of the biggest names in the industry and offered a platform for career development that could quickly lead to progression to partner level.

This modern, forward thinking business has been around for nearly 15 years and today they provide a variety of services including programme & delay analysis, dispute resolution and expert services alongside pre-contract support, project monitoring & project management. You'll be joining their team of 20 and from day one become part of their management team taking a key role in the companies plans moving forward. Some of your key duties will include:

• Advocating and promoting the business to new and existing clients
• Assisting with the development of junior members of the team
• Attending networking events to represent the company
• Providing input to the companies future growth strategies
• Working on your own commissions

Associate Directors considering this position must have experience including:

• At least 10 years experience working as a permanent employee for a leading construction claims, dispute or expert advisory consultancy
• First class communication skills
• A solid understanding of both Quantum and Delay issues
• Confident when representing the business
• A strategic approach whilst being commercial minded
• Chartered with a professional body

The successful Associate Director will be offered a role that includes rapid progression to partner level, the autonomy to run your own commissions, input into the businesses long term plans and a competitive package that includes:
