Quantity Surveyor (Associate Director / Quantum)

£80,000 to £100,000 + Package
I'm working with an established construction claims & dispute resolution consultancy in Central London and they're looking for an Associate Director with experience in Quantum Analysis to join their team in the City of London. This opportunity would be well suited to a Quantity Surveyor with main contracting or PQS experience with ambitions to develop their career within this specialist field.
As an Associate Director, you'll be working with the senior management team and tasked with developing a small team of consultants providing a variety of post contract services, typically to large main contractors on building & infrastructure projects across the UK. Some of your main duties will include:
- Preparation of documents
- Acting as the clients representatives in adjudications
- Working as an adjudicator, expert witness or mediator
- Liaising with solicitors, counsel or other experts within the industry
- Assisting with the development of other consultants within the team
- Contract negotiation
- Business development

Associate Directors considering this opportunity will need to come from a main contracting or consultancy background and have already have gained some experience working within construction claims or dispute resolution. You'll need excellent written and verbal communication skills and a degree, masters or similar in a construction related field.
