Associate Director Real Estate Debt Finance
London, £80,000 - £100,000 + Comp package
We are currently looking to appoint an Associate Director to join a debt advisory team based in Central London.
We are looking to attract someone who has perhaps 7 - 10 years' experience working within real estate related finance. It is expected that applicants will be well versed with underwriting deals, able to present to lenders, and manage the process through to term sheet phase.
You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a history of building professional long standing relations.
A preference will be to recruit someone from a debt fund, main stream bank, or private equity team.
You will have a history of lending across a mix of real estate asset classes and educated within finance.
