An opportunity for an experienced real estate investment analyst with 3 to 5 years' experience gained from either a private equity or investment bank to join a new proptech start up.
Ideally suited to someone who wants to use their skills and knowledge in a tech focused environment and make a move away from the corporate trappings of private equity or banking.
We are looking for someone with a good educational back ground, high achiever, and has the entrepreneurial edge.
In return you will be working as part of a small, nimble, growing team who are aiming for great things.
On offer will be a competitive salary expected to be in the region of £60,000 to £80,000 plus you will receive bonus and equity in to the business and play an integral role in its continued success.
The role will involve identifying and mapping the real estate market for future clients, leading sales conversations, and promoting the product through B2B channels. Negotiating and closing contracts and supporting clients to create projects and maximise value from the RE platform. Working as an interface between the customers and the in-house tech team. Providing feedback to the wider team of designers, product managers and engineers on how to improve the product.
Based in Central London however offering a supported hybrid working model for those looking for flexibility.
