Associate Partner - Real Estate Investment
Negotiable and Competitive Salary and Package
Associate Partner required by a leading real estate advisory to join their growing investment team. The business is keen to speak with real estate investment professionals from across the investment space at Associate Partner level coupled with exposure of working across the areas of commercial and residential real estate.
As a member of the investment team the Associate Partner will focus on delivering profitable fee income to the business by winning and completing investment acquisition and disposal instructions, along with driving business development activity across the team.
The main duties of the Associate Partner will include;
- Securing and transacting investment opportunities
- Driving business development
- Maintain and develop Fund and property company client base
- Provide deal pipeline, fee forecast and other management needs
- Assist in annual business plan formulation
- Draft and issue head of terms where appropriate
- Ensure all AML procedures are completed
- Prepare and issue reports to clients
