Associate Investment Analyst, Austria
Negotiable Salary + Bonus, Relocation Assistance
We are currently working with an investment team based in Austria who are experiencing a period of growth and looking to hire an Associate level Analyst.
The role will require someone who has an advanced used of Excel and confident and capable producing investment & financial models.
Current real estate focused experience is also required, ideally having exposure to asset classes such as hotels and hospitality, residential, retail, and commercial space in Europe.
This is an opportunistic led firm and will suit an Associate Analyst with opportunistic deal experience.
On offer will be a competitive base salary, bonus, and carry/promote after an initial 12 month period.
