Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the bidding process, managing risks to deliver high-quality, punctual submissions consistently.
- Conduct regular reviews to maximize visibility on bid opportunities from various portals and frameworks.
- Identify and assess new bid prospects, offering clear guidance for decision-makers to prioritise effectively.
- Lead the creation of all bids, tender responses, and fee proposals, ensuring top-notch quality.
- Prepare, review, and secure approval of commercial aspects, ensuring alignment with broader business priorities.
- Enhance our existing library of materials, ensuring top-quality templates for bespoke bids.
- Maintain meticulous records for smooth handover to our consultant team upon successful bids, fostering continual learning and improvement.
- Formulate and coordinate proficient teams within the company for crafting winning bids, overseeing subcontractor and partner contributions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within a consultancy or professional services environment
- Demonstrable experience in bid management and/or technical writing
- Experienced in business development, with a commercial and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to absorb information quickly and accurately, and to communicate it
- Experience working within the construction industry or similar
- Excited to work in a deadline driven environment whilst juggling competing priorities
- Be able to clearly articulate examples of how you have implemented improvements resulting in increased ROI
- Full right to work in the UK
