PRS/BTR Director
London, £125,000 - £150,000 + Bonus
London based Investor Developer are in the market to recruit a senior level hire who will build and grow their PRS/BTR region.
We are looking to speak with candidates who have experience of working with the BTR/PRS market here in the UK, people who appreciate and understand this area of the real estate industry and have established a team / presence previously within this niche.
We anticipate applicants will have circa 10 years' experience and have some level of association with financial institutions and local authorities across London.
The remit will be to build and manage the BTR/ PRS strategy, working alongside the Board. Managing corporate and local campaigns to maximise leasing, build occupancy on site and to recruit and grown a team.
The first phase of the role will be to prepare a business plan and start the process of hiring and developing a team. Leading the investor discussions from an operational perspective.
The role will require someone with a hands-on can-do approach, who has spearheaded the operational side of the PRS/BTR business model.
