My client based in West Sussex are recruiting for a Business Analyst to support improve business processes and systems by analysing data and making appropriate recommendations.

As a Business Analyst you will have solid experience within business process and systems, along with solid experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Sprint planning, etc.), along with experience with confluence and Jira.

Business Analyst Essential Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
• Solid experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Sprint planning, etc.)
• Experience with Confluence and Jira
• Ability to collaborate, establish and maintain a strong professional relationship with team members, and department contacts
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is necessary
• Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills
• Educated to degree level in a relevant IT subject matter or appropriate business experience
