Business Analyst (Enterprise Content Management)
My client wants to create a taxonomy to support enterprise content management and requires a Business Analyst with the relevant ECM and Taxonomy experience.
Across the business copntent is created and distributed for clients/prospects using a number of technical solutions and manual processes. The result is an inconsistent, fragmented and inefficient approach to content management throughout its lifecycle. In order to address this a series of reviews have been undertaken to establish requirements from stakeholders and provide justification for an enterprise solution across the content management lifecycle. The output is a clear set of capabilities required from any solution.
An Enterprise Content Management platform as a scalable, effective & consistent content platform has been decided upon.
The Enterprise Content Management will be made up of a mix of best-in-class technologies, processes and policies to balance the productivity requirements of business with the security and governance needed in the financial services industry.
As Business Analyst you will be responsible for the following phase of the project:
Design/Develop -
- a consistent taxonomy / content tagging strategy for Marketing and Operations.
- a recommended approach for managing the taxonomy - the tooling
- a recommendation for governing the taxonomy - how does it change?
Candidates for this Business Analyst role should have experience in the design and rollout of a consistent global taxonomy and tagging model for content to enable search and analytics
