The Role:
So, what will you be doing as a Business Development Executive?
- Initiating contact with Pharma/Biotech C-Level Executives and Key Decision Makers to establish new accounts and opportunities.
- Working directly with a Business Development Manager across an assigned territory
- Presenting online product demonstrations.
- Proactively sourcing/generating new business leads.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Building long term relationships and developing account plans for client targets.
- Ensuring KPI's are met.
What are we looking for in our next Business Development Executive?
- A minimum of one years' experience in a telephone based B2B role
- Excellent communication skills displaying energy, drive and enthusiasm over the phone
- Highly driven and self-motivated
- 6-24 months experience working within the Life Science space
- Ability to work both individually and collaboratively with the wider team
- Curiosity (desire to keep asking the right questions)
- An entrepreneurial and growth mindset
- Ability to keep it simple (be able to translate complex solutions into simple ones)
