Commercial Manager needed for one of the nation's leading waste and resource management companies at one of their quarries within West Yorkshire. The Commercial Manager will be responsible for managing and developing the commercial elements of the quarry. Overseeing, developing and motivating your sales office. You will need experience dealing with the aggregate industry. Fantastic opportunity for a sales professional from a quarrying background ready to take a step up with a market leader.
A salary between £40,000 - £47,000 dependent on experience

What the role entails:
Reporting to the General Manager, as the Commercial Manager, you will be working 37.5 hours per week, 8.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday (however dependent on sales and responsibilities hours can be longer) responsible for:
Managing, developing and motivating the Sales Office
Ensure that orders are processed efficiently
Maximising, maintaining and growing new business and key accounts
Working to sales budgets
Dealing with specifications and taking charge of quotes, tenders and pricing
Maintaining a high level of customer service
Liaising with teams on site
Maintaining product mix
