£85,000 to £100,000 + car & package
A unique opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Manager to join a leading infrastructure contractor in the UK. The Commercial Manager will be supporting their Senior Commercial Management team with the settlement of Final Accounts and assisting the site teams with commercially challenging projects to ensure they remain within budget and financially on target.
The Commercial Manager will be working closely with the Group Commercial Director and various site teams across the country. These will typically include major infrastructure projects and frameworks within the power, water and rail sectors for a mix of clients including Network Rail, National Grid, UKPN, SSE and various water suppliers. Some of your key duties will include:
- To prepare, negotiate and agree main contract final accounts to include all change events, disruption claims and extensions of time.
- Prepare final account reports
- Identify change and contractual entitlements
- Offer advice and guidance on project completion issues and final account processes
- Supporting the project teams on ongoing, challenging projects
The successful Commercial Manager will be joining the senior management team of an established, cash rich business with a growing pipeline of work from both new and existing clients. - Starting salary of £85,000 to £100,000
