Commercial Sales Manager needed for rapidly expanding full fibre broadband provider to be based in the Reading, Exeter or London area who are looking to employ a Commercial Sales Manager to Identify sales trends, patterns, and anomalies, assist in the development of sales forecasts and targets and contribute to continuous improvement.
As Commercial Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Collect, organise, and analyze sales data from various sources, such as CRM systems, sales reports, and customer databases.
- Identify sales trends, patterns, and anomalies to gain a comprehensive understanding of sales performance.
- Conduct data cleansing, validation, and normalisation to ensure accuracy and reliability of sales data.
- Analyze sales metrics, including revenue, sales volume, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
- Evaluate sales performance by product, region, customer segment, and sales representative.
- Identify key drivers of sales performance and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development of sales forecasts and sales targets based on historical data and market trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify factors that influence sales outcomes and help improve forecast accuracy.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimise sales strategies and resource allocation.
- Create and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and visualisations to effectively communicate sales performance and insights.
- Present findings to sales managers and senior leadership, highlighting key trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Develop standardised reporting templates and automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify process bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Recommend sales process enhancements, automation, and tools to optimise sales efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of process improvements.
