With a busy pipeline of secured projects and a growing tendering portfolio, they're now looking to strengthen their planning team with an ambitious Construction Planner.
The Role
As Construction Planner, you'll play a pivotal role in both the tender and contract phases of projects - supporting bid submissions, developing robust programmes, and working alongside the delivery teams to drive project performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed and fully logic-linked programmes using Primavera P6
- Develop tender programmes and methodology documents to support bid submissions
- Work closely with estimators, design managers, and project managers during the tender stage
- Update and monitor project programmes, identify risks and opportunities
- Attend regular site visits and progress meetings
- Support project teams with programme management, sequencing, and look-ahead planning
- Report on programme performance and recommend corrective actions where required
About You
- Previous experience as a Planner within the construction sector, ideally on residential and mixed-use schemes but open to experience in other sectors.
- Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6
- Good understanding of UK construction processes and methodologies
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with pre-construction and site teams
Opportunity
- Join a tight-knit, growing business where your input will be valued and visible
- Be involved in diverse projects from tender to completion
- Opportunity to develop your career in a supportive environment with exposure to all aspects of project delivery
- Competitive salary and benefits package
