An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Construction Planner with a background in the UK building industry to join a dynamic main contracting business based in Central London. The Construction Planner is required to strengthen their planning capabilities due to an increase in workloads and a very strong order book.
Reporting into the Planning Manager they will join a team of six and be responsible for supporting projects through their full life-cycle from tender stages through to completion. The split between tender and contract planning varies but is generally split 25% tender and 75% contract planning.
The projects are Central London based and are typically valued between £5-50m which include commercial offices, high end residential, sports and leisure, historic buildings, and museums. The Construction Planner will be provided with an exciting workload.
The Construction Planner will have two plus years of experience which has been gained within a UK main contracting environment on similar type projects within the building industry. The Construction Planner must be a proficient user of Asta Powerproject and posses strong site based experience, a construction related degree / qualification would be a distinct advantage.
