Contact Centre Adminstrator needed for a utility's services organisation based in Blackburn who are looking to employ an experienced Contact Centre Administrator. This role would be working with the service engineering team to assign reactive jobs from clients to the correctly skilled engineer.

What the role entails:
Some of the main duties of the Contact Centre Administrator will include:
- Logging all reactive jobs onto Planon and assigning to the correctly skilled engineer ensuring attendance is within the customers contractual KPI's
- Schedule PPM to the correct skilled engineers, ensuring contractual KPI's are met
- Running an outstanding reactive report each day at close of play with an update on all outstanding reactive jobs
What experience you need to be the successful Contact Centre Administrator:
- Experience working in call or contact centre as a customer service advisor environment
- Skills including the use of: MS Outlook, Word and Excel, Access, VISIO, CSC
