Real Estate Data Analyst, London
£37,000 - £42,000 plus package (12 month fixed contract)
As a Real Estate Data Analyst you will support the real estate team in London as well as those situated across Europe.
We are keen to speak with individuals who have been educated within a subject matter such as Finance or Business and excel with working with numbers.
You will be tasked with maintaining complex databases tracking key business information including real estate transactions and performance.
Quarterly data management.
Assisting the in-house research team with reports and presentations.
Working with pitch books.
Applicants will require excellent numerical skills.
MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
Excellent organizational skills.
circa 12 months post grad.
European language skills may be beneficial however not essential.
The position will be approved on a 12 month fixed term basis.
Salary level £37,000 - £42,000.
You can expect to receive a bonus, pension, and medical cover.
The ability to work 2 days a week from home and 3 days from their London office.
