The Gold Group Client Delivery Team focuses on several of the businesses key clients forging a partnership and delivering to their needs. They do this by sourcing the best candidates for their roles.

What the role entails:

Some of the main duties of the Graduate Delivery Consultant/Trainee Delivery Consultant
will include:

• Work closely with Account Managers
• Source the best possible candidates for open vacancies with our A class clients
• Qualify candidates to an impeccable standard
• Keep our database up to date with correct information
• Format cover sheets to send to clients
• Work alongside KPIs to hit your targets

What experience you need to be the successful Delivery Consultant/Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

• Motivated
• Having sales experience would be advantageous
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Have excellent organisational and communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• Self-motivated
• Hard working
• Ideally be degree qualified (not essential)
• Have a passion for customer service
• Can adapt to a fast-paced environment
