Digital Transformation Analyst
The Digital Transformation Analyst position's prime responsibility is to drive the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Transformation agenda of my client's Global Product organization. In close collaboration with the Head of Digital Transformation and Global Product management team (MT), it focuses on transforming my client into a more effective and efficient organization. My client is a purpose-driven company that has the mission to provide personalized treatment for all and towards a world where everyone has access to best cancer care. PLM transformation is at the center of achieving this mission.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the efficiency program together with the Finance team
- Manage the full PLM transformation agenda incl. Transformation OKRs : work with various stakeholders to update the OKRs on a regular basis - understand status and raise impediments
Required skills and experience:
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency with excel and powerpoint
- Strong executional and result-driven capabilities
- Strong, collaborative individual with proven track record of acting with exec level
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree, MBA is preferred
- Experience in or working for medical device company a plus
- Consulting background in A-firm preferred
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- High standard of interpersonal skills, based on a strong ethical standard, values and good judgement
