The Director, Transformation position's prime responsibility is to drive the transformation agenda. In close collaboration with the Head of Digital Transformation and Global Product management team (MT), this role leads the creation of empowered teams and an agile OKR based, data-driven decision-making environment for the Global Product function.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate setting up of Empowered teams within Global Product function
• Drive cultural transformation towards alignment and autonomy
• Help Global Product and teams develop robust OKRs that cascade all the way from global product strategy to empowered teams, and into product roadmap & team backlogs
• Establish and drive a heartbeat of quarterly business reviews based on OKR methodology
• Coordinate strategic planning and funding process with Finance and Group Strategy to bring it inline with the QBR and OKR process - establish an agile funding & planning process
• Establish a visual management system e.g. setting up an Obeya room, that brings transparency, helps in priority setting & execution and improves decision-making & impediment management
• Coach MT and other leaders on role modelling agile behaviors

Required Experience and skills:

• Experienced Enterprise Agile coach
• Rich experience in setting up OKRs and running Quarterly Business Reviews
• Preferred experience in creating empowered product teams in HW and devices setting
• The successful candidate should be conceptually strong with strong executional and result-driven capabilities
• Influences others through natural authority and expertise - excels in communicating both verbally and in writing
• Master's degree, MBA is preferred
• Experience in or working for medical device company
• Consulting background in A-firm preferred
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• High standard of interpersonal skills, based on a strong ethical standard, values and good judgement
