If your are passionate about EHS and making a difference to the working lives of colleagues, I have a client who is looking for an Environmental Health and Safety professional to join their growing team. As one of the worlds largest Contract Research Organisation, the company provides a wide range of Analytical Services to pharma and biotech companies for a variety of ADME and toxicology testing. Located close to Macclesfield, the company is keen to engage the right EHS professional ASAP.
Due to a significant increase in clients, the company is looking for the right EHS specialist to compliment their highly effective and professional EHS Team.
The successful candidate will have;
- at least three years EHS experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, NEBOSH General Certificate or working towards a diploma, Equivalent NVQ or equivalent Environmental qualifications,
- A MSc or BSc degree in Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Environmental Studies, Occupational Health Management or equivalent
- Working Knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 and or 45001:2018
- Working knowledge UK EHS Legislation especially COMAH, COSHH, DSEAR, RIDDOR AND IRR17 is considered highly desirable as is audit/investigation exposure and experience of dealing with external agencies
