Electrical Design Engineer
Location - Rochester
- £35,000 - £45,000 DOE
- 25 days paid leave plus statutory holidays
- PPE + workplace pension included
Electrical Design Engineer needed to join the engineering team developing bespoke automated equipment from point of sale through to final commissioning.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Sales support
- Interpretation of customer specification
- Raising project files
- Project management
- Parts list
- Electrical drawings
- Panel designs
- Electrical layouts
- Specifications
- Technical files
- System manuals
Requirements:
- 2D AutoCAD
- Basic understanding of PLC's
- Basic understanding of pneumatic systems
- Good understanding of electrical safety systems
- Electrical design of low voltage control gear and single / three phase
- Generating bill of materials
