Location - Based out of the Wadebridge office however Nationwide travel is required
£40,000 - £45,000 DOE
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading company in the Renewable Energy & Solar PV industry.
Our client are offering a competitive salary plus benefits including; Van, fuel card, tools, PPE. Also on offer is additional training and development.
The Electrician will be tasked with travelling to sites to carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on all asset managed renewable energy sites. Identifying, recording, and responding to faults, with a proactive, problem solving approach. Management and completion of Low Voltage and High Voltage electrical design and installation
The majority of the sites will be situated locally however nationwide travel is required. Planning and scheduling visits and responding to faults and breakdowns. This position would suit an electrician that has solar experience, either from a service or installation background.
Requirements
- Experience of working with PV.
- City and Guilds 2365-02/03, equivalent or higher.
- City and Guilds 2391 or equivalent.
- BS7671 18th Edition.
- High Voltage experience.
- Driving License.
- Flexibility for working throughout the UK, including evenings and weekends.
Previous experience in the solar PV sector (especially working on ground mount plant) and high voltage (HV) would be very advantageous.
