Job Description:

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating electrical installation and maintenance projects in Wakefield. You will lead a team of skilled electricians, ensuring the timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Electrical Projects: Manage and supervise electrical installation and maintenance projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and project specifications.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of electricians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to maintain high-quality workmanship, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.
• Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources, including manpower and materials, to meet project timelines and budgetary constraints.
• Client Communication: Foster positive relationships with clients, addressing any concerns and providing regular project updates.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues that may arise during projects, implementing effective solutions to ensure project success.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and compliance records.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role.
• Electrical trade qualification and relevant certifications (2391 T&I, 18th edition etc)
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and safety standards.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
