Electrician
Battery Storage/ESS
£17.35ph - 37.5 hours per week
OTE - £40,000 +
Cambridge, Milton Keyens, Ipswich and surrounding areas
Days - Monday to Friday
Electrician needed for an Renewable Energy company to working the Battery Storage/ESS sector across the East of England.
The successful candidate would need to be an Approved Electrician (JIB Gold Card) and to have a keen interest within the Renewable Energy sector.
No experience required within ESS as full training will be provided!

What the role entails:
- Planned/reactive operations and maintenance activities across numerous ESS sites
- Work to the latest industry standards to produce work of the highest quality
- Adhere to the company's health and safety policy, keeping this at the forefront of everything we do
- Solve both digital as well as mechanical/electrical issues that prevent the efficient operation of an energy storage system
- Take ownership of tasks with a view to seeing all remedial work from its identification through to completion
- Power Conversion Systems (PCS), Control Units, Invertors, Transformers, Battery Modules and more...
What experience you need to be the successful Electrician:
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent approved electrician status required
- BS7671 18th edition wiring regulations
- Any experience within ESS/Battery Storage/Solar is preferred but not required!
