Email Marketing Executive needed for an award winning organisation based in Croydon, South London who are looking to employ an experienced Email Marketing Executive to produce campaigns with experience in email marketing, Strong copywriting skills, A/B testing, Klaviyo or a similar ESP, collaboration, and attention to detail.
* Salary: to £36,000 per annum

Some of the main duties of the Email Marketing Executive will include:
* Ownership of the planning, coordination, and execution of all email marketing activity
* Campaign management
* Email Build & execution
* Automation & personalisation
* Testing & analysis - A/B testing
* Retention & database growth
In order to be the successful Email Marketing Executive and have a chance to gain such an exciting opportunity you will ideally need to have the following:
* 2+ years' experience in email marketing, with hands-on experience using Klaviyo or a similar ESP.
* Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write engaging subject lines, headlines, and CTAs that inspire action.
* A good visual eye - confident in selecting imagery and layouts that enhance storytelling and conversion.
* Experience with segmentation and dynamic content personalisation.
* Analytical mindset - comfortable interpreting data, testing ideas, and making data-led recommendations.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
* Collaborative and curious, eager to work cross-channel with social, search, and brand teams to deliver unified campaigns.
* Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering engaging, customer-first communications.
