Estimator / Cost Planner (Pre Construction)
London OR Basingstoke
£55,000 to £65,000 + car & package
We are working with a leading main contractor and they have an opportunity for a Estimator or Cost Planner to join their busy and growing pre-construction capital projects team in London.
The Estimator or Cost Planner will be working on a variety of different projects, a majority of which sit within the occupied building sectors including residential, commercial and public sectors. You'll be tasked with advising, preparing and winning new tenders across new and existing frameworks across the business. The work will be varied and will include new build construction, large internal and external refurbishment projects, planned maintenance and fire safety improvements. Most projects will be valued between £1m and £8m.
The Estimator or Cost Planner will need to have experience working for a main contractor with at least 5 years experience in a similar role. You'll also need excellent communication skills and strong commercial acumen.
The successful Estimator or Cost Planner will be offered a competitive package that includes:
