Field-Based Application Specialist
A leading innovator in Microbiology diagnostics is seeking a dynamic Field-Based Application Specialist to join their Technical Support team!
Key Responsibilities
- Provide pre- and post-sale support for a wide range of products, from wet microbiology to molecular diagnostics.
- Conduct demos, installations, on-site training, and after-sales technical support.
- Lead customer presentations and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Work closely with Sales, and Marketing.
- Travel nationwide, collaborating with a sales and customers.
What You'll Bring
- Degree in Molecular Biology or equivalent, with experience in nucleic acid extraction and PCR.
- Experience with laboratory software, bioinformatics, and automated bacteriology solutions.
- Previous field support experience preferred.
- Willingness to travel across the UK.
