Job Description: As a Field Safety Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our client's commitment to safety excellence. You will be responsible for implementing safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with safety standards in various field environments. You will be responsible for working with clients to develop and implement sustainable and compliant safety programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct safety assessments and pre-audits at customer sites
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement safety products tailored to their specific needs.
- Print, laminate and install energy source tags at energy isolation points.
- Provide on-site and off-site client support
- Train and educate employees and clients on safety protocols.
- Ability to convey Lockout-tagout requirements to clients and solve problems hands-on in the field.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, degree in electro-mechanical Engineering is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in safety engineering or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of H&S regulations and standards.
- Extensive experience with risk assessment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to various field locations as needed.
