Your Role:
As a Field Service Engineer, you will provide field-based support to users, ensuring customer expectations are met and exceeded. Responsibilities will include:
- Installation, preventative maintenance, validation, and emergency repairs of products and equipment.
- Developing new business opportunities for maintenance contracts and leads.
Whether experienced or just starting their career, this role offers the potential to progress through the service organisation or other fields within the business.
Who You Are:
- HNC or equivalent in Engineering or Scientific discipline
- Hands-on experience in a laboratory or mechanical/electrical engineering environment (preferred)
- Computer literate with report writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Resourceful problem-solving abilities
- Self-starter with strong execution, organizational, and time management skills
