Development Finance Analyst, London
£50,000 - £60,000 + Comp
London based property investor developer is currently looking to appoint an experienced Analyst or Associate in to the development team.
The firm is keen to attract someone with the following skills and experience:
- Real Estate Development experience
- Exceptional modelling skills
- Exceptional presentation skills to an Investment Committee or Funders
- Bank monitoring skills from the perspective of funding
- Exceptional communicator
- 4-5 years of relevant experience
Prior real estate experience is essential. The firm are involved across the residential space however residential experience may not be essential. It is expected that applicants will be educated to a high level within a relevant real estate focused or finance subject matter.
Interviews will commence over the next 2 weeks.
It is expected that the role will offer a salary in the region of £50-£60k depending on the experience plus bonus and benefits.
They are looking to hire someone to start in January and to move relatively quickly in making a decision on who the new team member will be.
