Fund Analyst Analyst / Senior Fund Analyst, Central London
£55,000 - £75,000 + Excellent Corporate Benefits Package and Bonus Structure
Our client is experiencing a period of growth and currently looking to hire a Fund Analyst or Senior Fund Analyst.
The business has a Pan-European presence within the real estate market and actively growing.
Duties:
- Assist in the co-ordination and review of quarterly reporting and valuations from external valuers.
- Assist Fund Analytics team in annual/monthly IRR forecasts, cash flow analysis, hold/sell analysis.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and fund reporting templates in Excel and PowerBi.
- Model real estate funds for NPV, IRR, Senior/ Mezz financing, promote/ distributions calculations, liaise with other teams to find the answers for variance in actuals vs forecast.
- Use appropriate tools to produce/review fund monitoring reports for our clients.
- Data collation and management; using in-house database systems.
- Assist with the production and review of ad-hoc analytical reports.
- Efficiently handle large sets of data and be able to confidently process them into required formats.
Your Profile:
- Strong numerical and verbal skills, with experience in the financial and/or real estate sector. Hold a Degree within a relant field.
- Experience in building REIT models, Real estate Asset and fund level modelling from scratch.
- ACCA/CIMA/CFA qualified would be highly desired.
- Working knowledge of reading and using outputs from financial statements.
- Experience in building dashboards in PowerBI and tableau preferred.
- Experience in VBA, python and power pivot highly desired.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
