Order Fulfilment Specialist
Permanent role - £45k basic
Opportunity for contract to start immediately - £400/day
Description:
- Support the order fulfillment activities within the Linac Order Fulfillment Operations function from the order intake through OF Pipeline from Sales to Clinical GO-Live.
- The role requires the individual to acquire, translate and risk assess all order fulfilment data into a consolidated view that allows the business to make high quality decisions which deliver on our customer commitment whilst optimizing resources and remaining risk
Responsibilities:
- Support the order fulfilment process using bullet points, identify the detailed aspects and specific responsibilities of the role.
- Work cross functionally with Regional Order fulfilment Teams, Logistics & Manufacturing teams.
- Work closely with Logistics and the regions for releasing orders to the factory
- Responsible for timely, accurate and complete record keeping
- Ensure all processes and documentation are in accordance with the customers and compliance requirements
- Support regular demand reviews with the regions to ensure (within the S&OP cycles) the information flow between regions and Supply Chain/Manufacturing function
- Responsible for proactively communicating project statuses with the regions
- Proactively research open opportunities to build detailed understanding of project timelines, site readiness and commercial terms.
- In collaboration with regional order fulfilment and commercial logistics actively manage each project through each order fulfilment tollgate ensuring all criteria are met and documented.
- In event of criteria not being fulfilled actively manage the escalation to achieve the desired result.
- Ensure the required evidence is archived to support decisions taken within the process.
Relevant knowledge and skills:
- Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness
- Excellent analytical skills and ways of working, with ability to turn raw data into business information on which business decisions can be taken
- Proficient in use of IT and using analytics programs as well as MS Office. Advanced XL user

Preferred
- Previous Order Fulfillment experience
- Background in finance & finance controlling/reporting
- Industrial work experience, with focus on capital goods in an advanced industrial environment with high demands on quality and project management
- Proven ability to problem solves and take initiative to drive results
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- M3 or other ERP systems experience
