Gold Group are a successful recruitment company based in East Grinstead, West Sussex and we have an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer / Delivery Consultant to work with our successful consultants.
This really is an exciting opportunity for a Resourcer / Delivery Consultant to join the team. We can offer varied career paths either in sales, account management or delivery and offer excellent incentives and commission together with a structured initial training programme and continued support and training throughout.
Suitable candidates will go through a structured training programme in the training academy and eventually pursue a career path in sales, resourcing or account management with continued training throughout.
As a Resourcer / Delivery Consultant you should ideally be degree qualified (not a necessity if you have the right attitude and aptitude) and have a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. The main focus of the role as a Resourcer is to work with the Senior Consultant to source talent for the significant number of vacancies that our clients have which, are often business critical roles. The majority of your time will be spent on the phone calling to identify and approach individuals selling job opportunities and establishing and understanding their motivators for a career change. Having an innovative and proactive approach to social media is also important to approach candidates who aren't on the open market.
