Civils Groundworker - Highways / Motorways x 2-3
Purfleet - M25 area
£30-40k + overtime, night rates
I've got an exciting new opportunity for 2-3 x Highways Civils Groundworkers with previous experience carrying out general maintenance on the highways or motorways, a valid CSCS Card as a minimum and NRSWA preferred, starting ASAP.
** You will be required to work a mix of day and night works, must be flexible! **
The day to day duties of the Highways Civils Groundworker will include:
- Assisting roadworkers with general civils and highways maintenance
- Digging
- Backfilling
- Reinstatement
- Kerbing, Slabbing
- Chambers and Duct work - cleaning, sealing and cutting back
- Building cabinet sites
- General Civils works
** MUST NOT BE AFRAID OF HARD WORK AND HAPPY GETTING STUCK IN **
Requirements of the Highways Civils Groundworker (as many of the below as poss):
- CSCS Card - ESSENTIAL
- NRSWA / Street Works
- IPAF / MEWP
- Full UK Driving Licence
- HGV Class 2 licence (desirable)
