Head of Real Estate Equity Raising
£150,000 - £200,000 + Bonus's, Share Options
Leading Real Estate investor firm based in Mayfair are looking to recruit someone to join the team as their Head of Real Estate Equity Raising.
The position will involve networking and raising capital from across a network of international investors made of up family offices and HNWIs.
We are looking to speak with experience FCA registered professionals, those with their own source of trusted investors and a track record of raising funds for UK real estate investments.
You will be responsible for leading on all equity raising and co-ordination on behalf of the firm with the view to enabling placements from your personal and also the firms investor networks, club equity deals or single investor segregated accounts will be required from time to time.
The business would like to appoint someone who is a natural team player and will want to grow a team around them. Previous man-management experience will be of preference.
Is is expected that all applicants will possess an excellent understanding of the UK real estate sector, be presentable, educated and knowledgeable, and be hands-on with a self-motivated and willing "get your hands dirty" when necessary approach.
