Position Summary

As Head of Supply Chain you will be a key member of our RF Power Leadership Community and be responsible for leading across boundaries to deliver exceptional customer service to our global customer base in the Healthcare, Industrial and Defence markets. With an ambitious growth strategy, we are seeking a motivated leader, who is passionate about driving improvement in Supply Chain best practice, and who has experience in bringing a team with them on such change journey.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Accountability for our global demand, supply planning and forecasting processes. Shaping these effectively to support our ambitious growth plans and improve our performance
• Ensuring that business planning and forecasting data is supplied for an efficient planning and utilisation vision
• Direct line management and development of our RF Power Supply Chain Planning and Logistics teams
• Integrated business planning across all of RF Power, ensuring commonality of plans, messaging and information flows
• Optimisation across our end to end supply chain to maximise performance in inventory management, lead time and OTD
• Capacity planning activities across the business in close collaboration with business streams and functions
• Timely provision of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting with business analysis

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a similar role
• Demonstrable experience with cutting edge S&OP methods and ideas
• Previous experience in S&OP planning and process improvement
• Manufacturing experience is desirable
• Degree in relevant Engineering or Business Administration field
• Demonstrable experience of driving efficiencies and improvement throughout a business
• Be able to show a commercially and customer facing focus
• Be able to show a collaborative and inclusive team based way of working
• Be capable of introducing new ways of working and driving innovation through the business at pace
• Able to work at pace under pressure
